When you purchase your accessories at the same time as your Big Dog motorcycle, they carry the same 2 year factory warranty as the motorcycle. Plus your accessories can be financed with your motorcycle, making your motorcycle customization more affordable.

Accessories must be purchased at, ordered through, and properly installed by an authorized Big Dog Motorcycles' Dealer.

Big Dog Motorcycles, LLC warrants to end consumers that each BDM Performance Product purchased from Big Dog Motorcycles, and/or Authorized Big Dog Motorcycles Dealers will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service upon the following terms and conditions:

1. This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at our option, any part or accessory which our inspection shows to have been defective during the applicable warranty period and within the limitations of this warranty. We assume no liability for transportation or labor charges connected with the replacement or repair of defective parts or accessories.
2. Parts and accessories sold over the internet will carry a ninety (90) day warranty. The period from which our parts and accessories are warranted is measured from the date of the delivery of the part or accessory by the dealer to any purchaser at retail. Note: Copy of the Sales Receipt must be submitted to Big Dog Motorcycles for review upon request.
3. This warranty does not extend to tires, belts, chains, batteries or parts and accessories which in our opinion have been damaged by accident, collision, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, improper installation, and improper maintenance or used in competition of any kind. This warranty also does not extend to parts and accessories considered to be normal maintenance items such including, but not limited to filters, brake pads, lubricants, spark plugs, and primary chains.
4. The replacement or repair of defective parts and accessories as stated on this warranty shall constitute the sole remedy of the dealer and the sole liability of Big Dog Motorcycles, L.L. C., shall not otherwise be liable under any circumstances for incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by defects in parts or accessories or any delay in the replacement or repair of parts or accessories.
5. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights which vary from state to state.
