Solution: Please check to make sure that the "New Member Activation" email was not trapped by any spam filtering enabled for your email account. (The subject line of this email is "Big Dog Motorcycles New Member Activation". If you subscribed to E-News, you may also receive an email with the subject line "Welcome!", which is not the membership activation email.) For most mail services and clients, this can be accomplished by checking the "Junk" or "Junk E-mail" folders. If you find the confirmation email in this folder, you will need to add the sender to your list of safe senders for your mail account in order to receive future emails from Big Dog Motorcycles (please refer to instructions provided by your account provider for information on how to accomplish this).
